Established in 1970 by Joe Whitaker, Whitaker Laboratory’s early days focused primarily on testing asphalt on state highways and city streets as Savannah expanded to the suburbs.
Over fifty years later, our services have expanded to every phase of construction method and their respective quality control testing in South Georgia and the South Carolina Lowcountry.
